Now that Tebow impress NFL executive and scouts; he'll be pick in the 4th instead of 5th round. With all the wildcat option that teams are using these days, he's good for a couple of snaps a game.
Seriously, what will it take for all the scout to realize that he is not going to be a QB in the NFL, if i have to break down every thing that a NFL QB is suppose to have from the intangible to physical ability then I'll be here until the next year draft. The same discussion and argument always comes up; he big enough, but not fast enough; he tall but not NFL tall; he learn fast but can't execute; he is has a strong arm but not a pocket QB; and my favorite  he doesnt think like a QB.
This just to mention a few, '..i know i am not quoting directly' but i think you all get my point here. Tebow is more Vince Young than Michael Vick, and he will have his struggle no matter where he goes; i recall there were also talk that V.Young has to adjust his throwing motion but the last time i see him play this year, his motion is anything but different.
So, i am predicting that he will be with Raiders running the option behind that 'Slop' Jamacus Russell!

TeBow or not TeBow

TeBow or not TeBow

Tebow: Yes! Before I address Tebow, because you trashed Vince Young, I'll comment on him 1st. Young has a record of 26 - 13 as a starter. Rationalize it away all you want, but the fact is that's his Win - Loss record. This season, he took over a team going into their bye-week that had just lost 59 - 0!  Think about that. Then think about the fact that Young lead the Titans into the last game of the season with the possibility of making the playoffs. It’s hard to reconcile what happened before VY took over the starting QB job with what happened after he took over. And it didn’t happen without his play. If you watched him when he became the starter, he was a changed player. It was clear that he was the leader on the field. The players respected him and had confidence in him. His movement was more controlled. He looked and played like an NFL quarterback, but one who could be very dangerous when he tucked the ball under and ran. He made defenses look like fools when he ran. But there was a difference. In the past, Young took one look at his receivers and, if no one was open immediately, he took off running. This season, he ran only when it was the last choice available to him because no receivers were open and the defense was closing in. He looked reluctant to head up field. You even got the impression that the coaches wanted him to run more than he did. So, what does this have to do with Tebow? Don't write him off. Will he ever be replica of most starting QBs in the NFL? Doubtful. Will he start as a rookie, or even a 2nd year player? Not if he's drafted by a franchise that knows what they’re doing. Teach him. Let him mature. Show him how to be a winning - but never a traditional - QB in the NFL. You draft Tebow as a project, not an immediate starter, and you could build a very good QB. Ask Vince Young.

Now that we have a rumor that the Bills will get Tebow, what will become of him? another QB that can run but cant pass accurately? is he going to be another J.P Loshman? The Bills is desperate for a QB that they are willing to try anything.
